Returns Policy

All our online product purchases are shipped directly from our branches and are fully inspected prior to shipping . In the unlikely event that you should be dissatisfied we are happy to offer a refund on the following terms.

To be eligible for a return/refund please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 14 days

  • The product is in its original packaging

  • The product isn't used or damage

  • You have obtained a Refund Authorisation.


Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Refund Authorisation must be obtained prior to returning your purchase. please email us at  confirming the following information:

  • Name

  • Address

  • Phone No.

  • Reason for Refund

  • Date of Purchase

  • Please include your invoice number in the subject line.


You must return the goods within 14 days of our Refund Authorisation.  


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We accept product returns at our clinics.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges.

Please retain the Royal Mail recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage.


It can take up to 7 working days for approved refunds to be returned to your account

Please Note: All returned goods will be examined upon receipt as for reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on any opened, damaged or used goods.


If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance, please email us a photograph of the issue where possible. Email
