Farah Cleaver: Founder

My journey into the Aesthetic world started back when I was 17 years old when studied on how the human body and skin function and what can go wrong with the systems and skin to lead to poor health and skin.
I became interested in the Beauty world so went onto train and work in the Beauty Industry. During this time, I also became interested in the holistic approach of how to treat the skin and body, alongside training in the new technologies at the time such as Electrolysis, and Micro-current therapies.
I gradually evolved into the Aesthetic world and learned about Laser treatments, Peels, Radiofrequency, and all other aspects of the Aesthetic world.
Having owned my own Beauty Business and working in a Management role with a Corporate Aesthetic company I gained a lot of knowledge and experience to be able to open my own Aesthetic clinics.
I have over 40 years' experience in the industry and continue to learn and evolve in this fast-growing sector. The clinics benefit from my years of business acumen and hands on experience which I can pass into my staff to help them to quickly gain more knowledge to the benefit of our clients.
I am constantly reviewing and looking at new treatments and therapies and keeping up to date with new trends in this market to stay ahead in this industry.​
Ilona Abramenko: Aesthetic Practitioner

With over a decade of experience in the Aesthetic industry, I have had the opportunity to work in both corporate environments and independently owned clinics, gaining a well-rounded perspective on advanced skin care and aesthetic treatments. This diverse background has allowed me to refine my skills, stay ahead of industry trends, and provide a high standard of care in every setting.

I am passionate about continuous learning and professional development. I regularly attend advanced training courses, workshops, and industry conferences to keep up with the latest techniques, technologies, and safety protocols. This commitment ensures that I can deliver the most effective and personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s individual needs and goals.

My areas of expertise include Skin Peels, Dermaroller (microneedling), Tattoo Removal, and Laser Hair Removal. I use clinically proven methods and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure safe, effective, and lasting results. Whether you're looking to address skin texture, pigmentation, unwanted hair, or past tattoos, I take a thorough and consultative approach to achieve the best outcomes.

​Dr Joanne Atkins MBChB MSc FRCS (Plast): Consultant Plastic Surgeon
Dr Atkins graduated from Manchester University Medical School in 1994. She undertook an exhaustive training within the Specialty of Plastic Surgery completing research and a Masters in Surgical Science in 2001. The majority of her post-graduate surgical training was undertaken across the London Deanery area, including working in the top London Plastic Surgery Units of The Royal Free Hospital and St Thomas’s Hospital, as well as undertaking Aesthetic Fellowship at The London Clinic and Paediatric Plastic Surgery Fellowship at Great Ormond Street Hospital. In addition to her UK experience, she has also undertaken a year’s International Plastic Surgery and Burns Fellowship in Sydney, Australia as well as a visiting Clinical Fellow post in Marseille the following year.
Dr Atkins has been in post as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital since 2011. She is currently Clinical Lead for the Burns Service, which is her area of special interest. As well as specialising in all aspects of burn care and scar management for adults and children, she also continues to undertake more general plastic surgery such as breast reduction, abdominoplasty etc.
Dr Atkins joined the Skin Rich Team in 2019, bringing a huge wealth of experience along with a calm and empathetic approach to her aesthetic practice at Skin Rich. She aims to offer naturalistic and subtle results through a nuanced approach, and always following a careful pre-treatment assessment of her client’s concerns.​
