Information that you provide by filling in the forms on our Site and using our online booking system. This includes information provided at the time of subscribing to our mailing list, posting material or requesting further services from our team. Skin Rich may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes and gain feedback to improve your experience and develop our specialist skin care services. You are under no obligation to respond to them. If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

We use Cliniko web-based clinic management software for our online booking system and to store our your personal information and treatment records. Cliniko servers are located in Australia—but as long as they have the right documentation in place, this is allowed by GDPR standards. Skin Rich accept Cliniko policies and terms, which allows us to comply with GDPR's requirements around data that's processed outside of the EEA. This means that despite your data being physically stored outside of the EEA zone, you are still protected by GDPR. For more information on how Cliniko stores and uses your data please read Cliniko's Privacy Policy & Terms of Service. We deploy security measures designed to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site and any transmission is at your own risk. When we receive your information, we will use security features and procedures with the aim of preventing unauthorised access, however, this you understand this cannot be guaranteed in all instances.
