Founder
Farah Cleaver
My journey into aesthetics began at 17, studying how the body and skin function and how imbalances affect health and skin quality. This led me into the beauty industry, where I trained in both holistic skin treatments and emerging technologies such as electrolysis and micro-current therapy.
I later progressed into aesthetics, gaining experience in laser treatments, peels, radiofrequency, and advanced aesthetic procedures. After owning my own beauty business and working in management for a corporate aesthetic company, I went on to open my own clinics. With over 40 years’ industry experience, I continue to evolve, staying ahead of trends and passing my knowledge and hands-on expertise to my team for the benefit of our clients.

Ilona Abramenko
With over a decade of experience in the aesthetic industry, I have worked across both corporate environments and independently owned clinics, building a strong foundation in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments. My career has allowed me to refine my skills while delivering consistently high standards of care.
I specialise in skin peels, microneedling (Dermaroller), tattoo removal, and laser hair removal, using clinically proven techniques and advanced technology. Committed to continuous professional development, I stay at the forefront of industry advancements to ensure safe, effective, and personalised treatments that help clients feel confident in their skin.
Consultant Plastic Surgeon
Dr Joanne Atkins MBChB MSc FRCS (Plast)
Dr Atkins graduated from Manchester University Medical School in 1994 and completed extensive specialist training in Plastic Surgery, including a Master’s in Surgical Science. Her training was undertaken across leading London plastic surgery units, with additional aesthetic and paediatric fellowships, as well as international experience in Australia and France.
She has been a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital since 2011 and is currently Clinical Lead for the Burns Service, specialising in burn care, scar management, and general plastic surgery. Dr Atkins joined the Skin Rich team in 2019, bringing a calm, empathetic approach and a focus on natural, subtle aesthetic results following thorough consultation.
